Field of work and tasks:
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries via telephone
- Telephone case processing, as well as written forwarding via email
- Taking orders
- Answering questions about delivery status and invoices
- Handling delivery complaints
- Customer retention
- Data entry and maintenance
- Providing information
- Support with customer concerns of any kind
Your profile:
- Fluent knowledge of German language, both written and spoken
- Pleasure in telephoning as well as in dealing with people
- Pleasant telephone voice and good verbal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge in the use of PC, Internet and common software
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Experience in call center, office work or customer care is an advantage

- Paid online training with videos and scripts, as well as personal warm-ups and webinars with training compensation of 200 KM/12000 RSD.
- Average salary on a full-time basis of 1,425.00 KM/85,500 RSD net plus monthly team bonus

Organizational and technical requirements:
- Citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia or foreigners with work permit or residence permit in these countries
- PC/laptop with operating system Windows 10 and 8 GB of RAM
- Stable internet connection with at least 16 Mbit/s download speed and 1 Mbit/s upload speed, as well as a LAN connection (no WiFi)
- USB headset (can be sent in case of need)
